The Charlottenburg Palace and the park are located about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The 60 m² apartment consists of 3 rooms with a ceiling height of 3.30 m.
The 2 bedrooms have a king size box spring bed (180 x 200) and two single beds.
For complete darkness outside blinds can be lowered.
In the apartment there is a workstation with monitor & multifunction printer (scanning, copying, printing).
Also available for you: electric Shirt and blouse iron, electric Shoe shine machine, sewing kit, iron, ironing board, as well as fans ...
The spacious kitchen and living area is fully equipped u.a. with washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Filter & Tassimo), smoothie maker, kettle, ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, toaster, pots, pans, large fridge-freezer, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and a variety on little things such as spices, coffee, tea, oil, ...
In the apartment Wi-Fi is available with 60 M / bits.
On the 47 "flat screen TV you receive many stations in HD quality - some international channels.
For regular cleaning & change of linen / towels please contact us.
We are happy to take this for a small fee for you.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street (30s zone) not far from the river Spree and Charlottenburg Palace and castle park. The park is ideal for walks or jogging.
The parking of the car is u.a. on the doorstep and in the surrounding streets completely free of charge and safely possible (public parking).
The nearest supermarket (EDEKA) is only about 250 meters away.
Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a small weekly market 300 meters away.
In addition to Charlottenburg Palace and the extensive park, there are numerous museums, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions within walking distance.

Mooi appartement. Alles is aanwezig,Gezellig interieur.
Ligt mooi centraal.
Goed en makkelijk contact via sms met beheerder.
Helaas voor 3 dagen maar 1 badhanddoek pp is wel wat weinig.
Het appartement is voor 4 tot 6 personen.
Voor 6 personen is het te klein.

Die Wohnung wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100 Prozent der Wahrheit.
Die Wohnung und besonders die Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich und warm. In der Küche alles vorhanden.
Den Parkplatz haben wir immer vor der Tür gefunden.
In der Nähe tolle Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Edeka ca. 250 m in der Nähe.
Der Kontakt vor der Anreise mit Nina und Sören sehr nett und freundlich, Nina war per Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben geschlafen wie zu Hause.
Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nice property. Well located for our needs. Close to the Charlottenburg Schloss and easy access to public transportation. Property was very clean and well equipped.we enjoyed our stay.

Wegen der Ausstattung der Wohnung kann der relativ hohe Preis nicht kommen, eventuell spielt Berlin und die Nähe zum Schloss Charlottenburg eine GROSSE Rolle! Parkplätze am Abend, in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden, ist fast ausgeschlossen, wenn es ein legaler Parkplatz sein soll! Das Sofa in der Wohnung war schon so runter und dreckig / keimmig das man nur mit einer Unterlage drauf sitzen wollte. Kleinigkeiten wie eine nicht funktionierende FB für das TV Gerät runden den schlechten Eindruck ab! Es ist eine alte Berliner Hinterhofwohnung mit wenig Charm oder Witz! Naja jeder ist seines Glückes Schmied, wir werden solch eine Buchung nicht mehr machen
