Saubere, solide Ausstattung. Es ist alles da was man so benötigt. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Host.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Fußweg (das ist anhand der Objektfotos leider nicht eindeutig erkennbar).

Had everything I needed

Uns hat die Größe und Ausstattung des Apt. sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles top.

Wir sind als Paar verreist, daher hat uns die extrem breite Ritze zwischen den Matratzen nicht so gut gefallen. Ein kleines Manko sind die Übergardinen. Diese sind extrem straff auf die Stange gezogen, dass man sie nicht komplett zur Seite schieben kann.

We spent a week here and would not return or recommend it for a long stay. The place is a lot darker than it looks in the pictures. The front door is fully glass and at street level (like a shop) so you want to keep the curtains closed otherwise you are completely exposed to all the passers-by. Then the apartment is like one long corridor without any other windows than those at the far end (the bedroom) which look upon a closed courtyard (without a lot of sunlight) which also works as a bike parking and has entrances to other buildings, so you are also in plain sight there to everyone entering other apartments or leaving/picking up bikes, unless you draw the curtains (and there’s not that much light outside to begin with). The pillows were lumpy (they badly needed replacing) and in my personal case the bed gave me allergy (my nose got blocked when I got into that bed and cleared when I got out). Although the bed is advertised as a “double bed” it’s actually just two small mattresses put together, with a big slit in the centre which makes it very uncomfortable and useless as a double bed (each person must stay on their side). We also could not use the aeroccino because of the pungent sour smell it had, which did not go away despite washing it twice. The place is not well connected to the Ubahn (closest stop almost 20 minutes walk) or the S-bahn (the Charlottenburg line will not take you to the centre/main tourist attractions and is not well connected to the network as a whole). You need to take a bus to Zoo and change again from there
