Ruhig gelegen im Hinterhof, gute Betten, Küche gut ausgestattet, mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Café, Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV (Busse)

Heizung ließ sich nicht regulieren (zu warm), Hinterhof und Treppenhaus schmutzig und unordentlich

There was ample room for the 4 of us. It was close to public transport stops. One fan provided was nice.

The apartment was not super clean upon entry. The floors were very dusty but the bedding was clean. There was also a horrible urine smell in the stairwell so the minute you walk through the garbage can area courtyard and enter the stairwell to the urine smell it makes you sick. These stairs are also not suitable for someone in poor shape or with bad knees. I didn’t recall reading about the 4 full flights of stairs. Not sure I would recommend this apartment for older individuals since the tub/shower is elevated off the ground and makes for a precarious situation stepping out of the shower.
