El alojamiento está cerca del centro y tiene todo lo básico. Está limpio y no se oyen ruidos. Por la noche se descansa bien. Es fácil de alcanzar y está muy cerca de la estación del metro. El anfitrión nos dejó entrar antes de tiempo para dejar la mochila y fue muy atento a las preguntas que teníamos. Nos dejó instrucciones claras para todo.
El bloque donde se encuentra no da mucha confianza. Parece el bloque de un barrio marginal, con pintadas en las paredes, pancartas colgadas en los balcones y la fachada bastante descuidada. El apartamento parece haber sido creado en lo que era el espacio de un local. La puerta de entrada es una puerta ventana con tratamiento reflejante para no ver desde fuera, pero la sensación de privacidad es baja. Con luz dentro del apartamento, desde fuera se ve todo. Igualmente tiene cortinas y persianas para más privacidad.

Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselbox sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Küche und Waschmaschine ist gut. Generell ist die Einrichtung der Wohnung geschmackvoll. Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und TV sind vorhanden. Bad ist geräumig und die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr neuwertig.
Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig und in direkter Nähe zur Eingangstür des Mehrfamilienhauses. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung hellhörig, so dass ich nur mit Ohropax gut schlafen konnte. Man hört den hallenden Hausflur durch die frühere Wohnungstür deutlich durch. Ich habe bei zwei gebuchten ÜN bereits nach der ersten Nacht eine automatisierte Checkout-Nachricht erhalten, was mich verwirrt hatte. Kommunikation war ansonsten in Ordnung. An meinem ersten Abend hat der Nachbar nebenan noch bis halb elf nachts gebohrt.
