The accommodation was very clean. All the amenities were great and organized. Good instructions were provided in the apartment. It is a walking distance to the palace park, as well as the U-Bahn and bus stops. I got late coming back home from work on check-out day, and my wife had to handle the baby, stroller and our two big bags, hence we spoke to the owner to allow us to keep our bags at the apartment until I get back, and she was kind enough to agree. I would definitely stay here again.
There is nothing bad to say about this property. This is not a biased review, I am usually very critical of apartments and hotels, however this experience has definitely been one of the best ones for me and my family.

Eine klare 10/10 für einen Berlin-Trip. Wunderschönes, sauberes Apartment in einer unschlagbaren Lage. Die Mischung aus ruhiger Seitenstraße und der Nähe zum Kurfürstendamm ist ideal. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich – und das Bett war unglaublich bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos.

The apartment did not match the photos and was dusty and grubby throughout. There was no air conditioning, and we arrived to find the tumble dryer running on a 3-hour cycle, loaded with bed linen and towels. The basement toilet was leaking, and there was a bad smell coming from the ground floor toilet. Would not recommend.
