The accommodations are in a prime location: It’s only about a 3-minute walk to the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping boulevard. The apartment is located in the middle-class neighborhood of Charlottenburg, just about 50 meters from Ludwigkirchplatz, where you’ll find typical Berlin neighborhood life. Ludwigkirchplatz is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafés.
The hotel apartment is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find the open kitchen, which opens directly onto the dining area, where there is a dining table that seats 6 people. Right next to the dining area is the sleeping area with a double bed and a large flat-screen TV. On the first floor, you’ll find an enclosed bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, all of a high standard. From the first floor, a staircase leads down to a very large room in the basement. This room features a double bed, a single bed, a flat-screen TV, and a couch. The basement room receives natural light through a skylight.

As said in other reviews this is not a 2 bedroom, instead a double bed in the living area and a downstairs with multiple beds. As we were a group of friends it was fine for us, but this might not be the case for those expecting two bedrooms.
The location is fantastic! Nice bars, restaurants and lovely breakfast places. Easy to get to too, with a direct line from the airport.
Communication with host was not great. He contacted on the night we arrived wanting to send workmen in at 08:00 the next morning. The work was not an emergency and they said it could take all morning. We were offered breakfast at the hosts outlet in return, but were reluctant to leave workmen alone in the property with our belongings. We tried to negotiate a late check out as an alternative but there was no flexibility. We therefore declined. Despite this the workmen turned up at 09:00 the next morning and we were put in an awkward position of turning them away.
Other than that a very nice stay.
