About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is centrally located in Berlin-Tiergarten. Supermarkets, bakeries, bars, internet cafes, and restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity. For your explorations of Berlin, the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, as well as numerous bus lines, are less than a 5-minute walk away. In no time at all, you can reach Alexanderplatz, the Brandenburg Gate, and other attractions. The building houses a women’s fitness center with an indoor pool. Your vacation apartment is on the 3rd floor. An elevator is available.
This exclusive one-bedroom vacation apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in April 2011. The 45-square-meter apartment is spacious and modernly furnished. The living/bedroom features a double bed and a large seating area with a flat-screen TV. The large corner sofa converts into a bed when needed and provides two additional sleeping spots (sleeping area: 210 x 140 cm). The dining table seats four and is extendable. Of course, there are also closets available. The quiet, cozy balcony invites you to relax. Smoking is permitted here.
High-speed internet access is available free of charge. With the digital cable connection, you can receive many national and international TV channels.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped (including a coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher).
The spacious and brightly tiled bathroom features a comfortable shower, sink, and toilet.
All prices include bed linens, towels, and electricity and water usage. Final cleaning is available for an additional fee.

I was visiting a friend in the area. The apartment is perfect for easy access to public transport and local shops. The Italian restaurant next door was lovely, and even delivers, and fresh breakfast croissants are to be had from the bakery on the corner. The little balcony was pleasant to sit out in the evening sunshine. There were plenty of cooking utensils, though only just enough crockery. Thomas was thoughtful in providing shower gel and shampoo as well as small kitchen items like salt, cooking oil and dishwasher tablets.

nice and quiet good rest a little bit further from main attractions but very good alternative transportation. Many grocery stores closer to the apartment as well as restaurants. Thomas communicated very well too.

The apartment was beautiful and overall a very nice stay. The listing did say light up for laundry, although there was no laundry in the building (which was the main reason we booked this vrbo) so that was disappointing. Otherwise it was a very lovely apartment with all the necessities and good space.

The apartment is in a great location, really easy to get anywhere in Berlin on the train. There's food and grocery right down the street. Its not right in the city center, so pretty calm at night.
