Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 2/3 people to enjoy. Very handy for the S-Bahn and only takes 20/30 minutes to get to the city centre this way. Nice local neighbourhood which is very friendly.
Quite a few steps with no lift/stairlift available. Floorboards very creaky but this is to be expected with an old building.

If there was an academy for owners to learn how to rent to holidaymakers then Jens should be the professor and the Designer Appartment would be the example. It is so unusual for a rental to be both interestingly individual AND clean AND fully equipped. When the TV didn't work he sent somebody to look at it straightaway; when it couldn't be fixed he came next morning and replaced it, and extended our leaving time to make up for the inconvenience. True gentleman.
There are a lot of stairs and no lift, so unfortunately it wouldn't suit somebody with mobility issues, but this didn't affect us.

Quiet building, nice city views, bright well appointed, clean
5th floor, no elevator. After a long day of sightseeing, we needed to have reserve energy to get back to the unit.

Good things is can cook
There is no elevator, and have to carry big luggage till 3rd floor, is a very old building and that area doesn’t looked safe too. Washing machine not function well.
