Flot ombygget gammel butik i grundplan. Meget velfungerende indretning. Gode senge. Fint køkken. Moabit er et dejligt område, ikke for gentrificeret, og med beliggenhed tæt på Turmstrasse er der masser af butikker og restauranter. Også gode offentlige transportmuligheder i Turmstrasse. Vær obs på at det koster €3 i timen at parkere OG man skal have grønt miljømærke. Kan købes hos TÜV (tysk bilsyn).
Det ville være rart med parfumefrit sengetøj. Varmtvandreguleringen i badet fungerede ikke - sad fast på kogende i brusekabinen. Heldigvis kunne man bade i badekar med håndbruser, men temperaturen var meget ustabil. På anmodning kom reparatør forbi men fiksede ikke problemet.
