About this house rental
We are one of the few DTV-certified vacation homes.
Spend the best days of the year in our cozy, well-appointed home, offering plenty of comfort and luxury. You won’t find any “golden faucets” here, but you will find plenty of things to make your stay enjoyable and varied:
- Fireplace
- Cozy seating areas
- A game room with an Xbox and a surround-sound flat-screen TV
- Heated outdoor pool (mid-April through mid-October)
- Separate sauna area for at least 6 people with a relaxation area
- Large terrace
- Garden with a swing
- Large & well-equipped kitchen
- Large table for dining & gatherings (up to 16 people) indoors
- Two large tables on the terrace for up to 20 people
- Large gas barbecue grill

Your wishes are particularly important to us, and we offer you a high standard in terms of both the quality of the vacation home and our service. This is also reflected in the fact that we are Q-Quality certified.
The vacation home was built in the style of a townhouse, and from the very beginning, the planning took into account its use as a vacation home for both private and business purposes. We’d especially like to offer a temporary home to larger groups of up to 15 people (additional beds may be available if needed).
In addition to bedrooms with very comfortable beds, we’ve also created separate living areas for you. This way, some guests can play on the Xbox in the upper living area while others work on the provided PC, and still others can socialize as a large group in the living/dining area.
The house is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. For cold days, we offer underfloor heating (in all rooms, gas-powered) as well as a sauna and a cozy fireplace.
We’ve also made provisions for hot days. A highly energy-efficient air conditioning system is installed on every floor, and the heated pool is ready for swimming starting around mid-April.
The first floor of the vacation home is largely barrier-free and designed to be accessible for seniors and people with disabilities. A total of 3 beds suitable for seniors and people with disabilities are available in 2 bedrooms, along with an accessible shower room. The thresholds leading into the house and onto the terrace are also barrier-free, meaning they are flush with the floor.
The vacation home is located in a well-established residential neighborhood, and the most important amenities for daily life (shops, banks, a pharmacy, an S-Bahn station, and restaurants) are just a few minutes’ walk away.
We have 3 parking spaces on the property. Public transportation connections are good.
The center of Berlin can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or train.

Our group of three families had an amazing stay at this house in Berlin! From the moment we arrived, Dani and Maik made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and warm reception. The house itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.One of the biggest highlights was the easy access to public transportation, allowing us to explore Berlin effortlessly. We rented the house for a week, to accommodate 2 families, 10 people.
The reception by Dani and Maik was friendly and welcoming. The house is well equipped with everything you might need.
Berlin is easy to reach using public transport.

My family and I traveled to Berlin for our summer vacation and had a wonderful experience staying at this home. We have stayed at some very nice homes in other countries on vacations in the past and this ranks right up there with the best. The home is very new, neat and clean. The pool and multiple patios provided for lots of enjoyment of the outdoors. The proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries was great. A very easy drive into downtown Berlin which was important to us. Marcus was a great host and was very helpful giving us some excursion ideas while we were there. Thanks again for all of your help in creating a great family trip.
