Kohtuullinen hinta, hyvät liikenneyhteydet, asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Oli kätevää, että asunnossa pystyi pestä pyykkiä. Ruokakauppa tien toisella puolella. Monikulttuurinen asuinalue.
Jonkin verran epäsiisti yleisilme; hämähäkinseittejä keittiön ikkunanlaudan alla, takan väliin tippunut tyynyjenpäällinen pölykasaan. Parveke oli likainen. Astianpesukoneessa oli edellisen asukkaan jäljeltä likaisia aterimia. Kahvikuppeja oli vain yksi (!). Peilien lähellä ei ollut pistorasioita. Talo sijaitsee vilkkaan kadun varrella ja meno on äänekästä; hälytysajoneuvoja ja auton tööttiä kuuli päivin ja öin. Taloyhtiössä ei ollut jätteille kierrätysastioita muuta kuin paperi ja sekajäte. Vuokraaja ei vastannut kysymykseeni, mistä löytyisi lähimmät kierrätysastiat.
