Terrific location and secure

Very spacious, clean and has everything. Location is perfect and the host, Gerard, was very helpful and welcoming.

There was no breakfast.

The location was perfect for us. We used the location to meet as a family as we travelled from the south to be together. This is our 2nd time to use the property.

Our main issue with the property was the lack of cutlery/ utensils etc and lack of stools in the kitchen as we wanted to have a dinner together (no forks!).The previous time we stayed in the property the towels left on the bed were damp and on both occasions the fridge freezer was dirty with leftover spoiled items. The shower appears dirty, however we appreciate the building is old. Bedding is old and mismatched. We also believe that one of the beds had not been changed as the fitted sheet was creased. Small things such as the clock had no battery and the glass cupboards had a collection of glasses from the pub or plastic things leftover from other guests. While we could overlook these things on a short 1 night stay, these things give the overall impression that the property is not cared for / cleaned.
