We had such a lovely stay in the plain view, Padraig was extremely accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

The house was immaculate with such great facilities. Everything you would need for your stay was provided. The house was gorgeous with ample room for the 7 of us that were staying.

Few days away

The location was great so near so many towns. The house was so spacious and clean. The owner was so friendly and gave us plenty of information about the area. Also great there were plenty of towels there and also the extra touches were great e.g. teabags, cleaning stuff etc.Also people with me loved the owners cat who came for a visit to the house and stayed and made himself at home 🤣🤣 Also there three bbq there and big table and chairs there and you could have your food outside or watch the beautiful view there is there if you had the weather.

A lovely place, beautifully crafted to let you unwind and enjoy your time in nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Padraig's holiday home! The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. What made the experience truly special was Mr.Padraig's(host) kindness, prompt and support. He even allowed us access to the nearby lake through his beautiful farm, which made our stay feel even more connected to nature. We were frequently visited by Paddy the cat(My kids enjoyed so much playing with him), and we even spotted deer and a fox during our stay. It truly felt like living in harmony with nature. We left feeling refreshed and grateful—an unforgettable vacation in a peaceful and scenic setting. Highly recommended!

Fab tranquil stay

We stayed at The Plain view as a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) and absolutely everything we could have needed was there at hand. Padraig was an exceptional host and all round lovely man. We had the most relaxing stay in such a beautiful home. Thank you and we hope to return in the near future.

Fantastic house, great views, lovely decor. Great bathroom and ensuite. Very comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen/diner and very well equipped with everything you could need. Great views from and house and some lovely walks locally. Padraig was very welcoming and gave us plenty of information on local places to visit.

The house is stunning and very clean. Padraig was the perfect host and would absolutely stay again. Everyone really enjoyed the stay. We had young kids and a dog and there was enough space for everyone. The weather was great which meant we could sit outside and eat with the amazing view over the lake.

You couldn't ask for more. Everything was perfect.

Absolute bliss

The house is situated rurally which suited us perfectly. The house is immaculate and well equipped. The beds were comfortable the bedding of a great quality. A fully furnished kitched which we didn't need but was beautiful. The most stunning views and tranquility.

That the deer didn't make an appearance haha. We did however have a visit from a pheasant and of course Patrick the cat was keeping an eye on us

Padraig was great at keeping in touch and the house itself was wonderful, modern, clean and in a beautiful location. Overall a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Enjoy! Lovely deer in and around the garden too if you're lucky.
