何より雰囲気と立地がいいです。場所は分かりやすく、でも静かで落ち着いていて過ごしやすかったです。中庭もあり浴槽も雰囲気がとてもよかったです。

京都駅や地下鉄五条駅から歩ける距離ですが、とても静かな場所にあります。
新町通り沿いのビルとビルの間の目立たない細い路地を入ります。
五条通りまで少し歩けば、コンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアなどもあり便利。宅配便の集荷所もすぐ近くにありそこから荷物も出せます。
伝統的な日本家屋の趣きがありながら、設備が新しく清潔で使い勝手が良く、室内もお風呂も広々して使いやすかったです。
2階の寝室からは京都タワーが見えます。
スタッフさんも要望に丁寧に対応して下さいました。
各部屋の暖房はよく効いて暖かく快適でしたが、キッチンや廊下、洗面所、脱衣所などに全く暖房がなく寒かったです。
まだ新しいからか、調理器具が不足していて大きな両手鍋が1つだけでは調理ができず、小さめのフライパンを買い足しました。
計量カップや菜箸など、基本的な物、またカトラリーなどはもう少し揃えて頂きたいです。

The property had a traditional Kyoto Machiya Style. It was very comfortable and was very authentic.
It was a bit hard to find at first when I was checking in.
