Perfect location on walking distances from all the main spots in Kyoto. Very clean and organized, hotel stuff very polite and helpful.

The hotel was small but convenient for a short stay, with useful amenities like a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which made it easy to explore.
However, the main downside was that the property looked quite different from the photos online, so more research beforehand would have helped.

Location was great.
The don’t clean the rooms everyday. There was no information prior to the booking warning beforehand that cleaning would not be made everyday, when I book a hotel I’m expecting that.
