Very inexpensive for a last minute booking, very clean room, easy check in, great location, nice staff. Everything you could ask for from a nice hotel.

The staff were nice and fast with the check in and out(around 1-2 mins for each). They provide lots of towels and amenities by the door as well. Rooms were very clean and had everything that I needed! I would recommend if you come to Kyoto and don't want to stay in the busy Main Street. It's nice and quiet here with a mini stop 20 feet from the hotel. Also there is a really good restaurant called "Ginjo Ramen Kubota" that has amazing tsukemen. Overall great place! Loved walking down the streets from Main Street to this hotel.
