    Its location is so good! It's close to bus stop and convenient store. The staffs are so nice and considerate. They can speak English well so there's no problem in communication. And the room was wonderful!! So clean and cozy. I want to visit again!

    We absolutely loved our stay at Kyoto Itoya Hotel Mon. The location was ideal, quiet yet super convenient for exploring the city. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Whether it was helping with directions or just greeting us with a smile, they went above and beyond. We also appreciated the convenience of having two coin laundry spots, both within walking distance. Super handy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto.

    The hotel felt modern, from the lobby up to the room, and the room itself had decent space and the hotel was very well situated, about a 20min walk from Kyoto kawaramachi station (which is where the action is at night). So you're not in the busy sector all the while being very close to it. But the highlight was the staff! All eager to help and chat with great suggestions. I'm learning Japanese so it was fun talking with them whenever I could.
