    The room was okay and quite clean. However, during my stay, there was a problem: the cleaning staff in the next room made noise during lunchtime. I went outside to complain, and they said okay, but then the clattering noise of cleaning continued (I think the soundproofing between rooms wasn't very good). Secondly, even though I paid the full fee on Agoda, the staff still charged me an extra 1,200 yen, claiming it was tax. At first, I thought it was a Japanese regulation, but I booked another hotel room in Osaka and wasn't charged that extra fee.

    Honestly the highlight of our trip here was the friendly lady staff that handled our check in and check out. Everytime she was in the lobby she will wave at us goodbye and welcome back. She was full of smiles and very pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. We never caught her name but we’d like to thank her and wish her the best.

    Room sizes are quite small & there is hardly any space for clothes. No wardrobe. Please plan accordingly.
