This place was really amazing, everything was good. + The room itself was very comfortable, the beds as well + Everything was always clean + The showers were really comfortable and spacious + Located right next to a subway station, a bus station as well as a couple of cheap "Japanese fast food" restaurants + Staff was also very kind and helpful + All this for this price makes the best price value in our trip

Good location near the subway. Breakfast included. Good shower facilities.
Room could have a few more hangers. Rooms next to the bathroom (wall to wall) were not ok. We could ear the noise. Beds could have fitted sheets as it's far more easy to make your own bed. Also, for common areas you could have a little more seating / working space, a few mangas to read.
