Euston Road - Beach Apartment 8

Great Apartment,had everything we needed,clean tidy and functional,will be booking again.

Mum asked for a small table in the front room area to finish it off,and a fly catcher as the fruit fly's get pretty bad but not a negative.

Its Like walking into a home. borrowed only for a few days and with a every accessory available in the kitchen and flat in general. we felt at home. very comfortable and very clean and fresh. towels included and an iron/iron board. its the type of property that makes your eyes smile when you open the door. you know you made the right choice and now you know your going have a brilliant time away. I would recommend for any new family. or couple including solo occupancy. its a home. a flat. and a brilliant choice.

The fire doors from outside to in wedged open. the flats are inside a building. and the doors locked with a single lock and key. telecoms active and in full working order. and door ringers located at the entrance of the building in full working order. for me i saw a security issue. the main front door to the building should be shut and locked and the fundamental reason for having door ringers. fire doors should never be propped open. this is a communal fire hazard. (this is from a security point of view) from my own point of view. i was happy with everything. great Yarmouth is a safe place compared to the rest of the country and being mugged or broken in to i would assume is far and in-between. we felt safe inside the property. and we completely trusted the property of which has dedicated CCTV camera systems. (this is me being picky) this is me finding something. anything!! that could or may have been wrong or could have been better. (fire and security) and that's honest and genuine. over all rating 9.8/10 (very good)

The apartment was perfect. It felt homely and comfortable

We originally wanted to be closer to the beach as a struggle with my mobility but it was unfortunately unavailable. Other than that though it was fab.

The location was excellent and being on the ground floor with my family was great. Everything in good working order and very clean.

Could have done with some draw space for the clothes and hooks. Otherwise perfect.
