It suited our needs really well and we had good communication with the hosts.
It would have been better if there was more parking, but it is a narrow street.

House was lovely and was equipped with everything you needed for our short weekend break.
No complaints just comments for others; Parking. Having searched a property with its own drive for mobility issues we were unfortunately unable to make use of the drive as the road was very narrow on both sides, and a party at end of the road made parking even more impossible. One double bedroom has en suite but it is tiny and with limited hip movement, this made movement challenging

The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our trip. We stayed three nights as a family group of four adults and two children under 10 and it suited us well. Additional parking is close by and easy to find (and free), the owners even sent a map before we arrived. Gorleston is a lovely spot, plenty for kids to do, the beach is really nice and the splash pad next to it is great too.
