The location was super. The comfortable clean and bright house very welcoming. So much space for us all.
The only downside and it didn’t really matter as we only stayed for a short break, was that there was no outside space to sit in.

Great location. House was clean and very spacious. Free parking at the Cliff Hotel just round the corner was an added bonus. .Brilliant base to explore Norfolk coastal area and the broads. Very good communication from Jamie via booking.com. Will definitely stay again.

Your property was truly stunning and very comfortable, very impressed by the cleanliness, amazing features, TV in every room even kitchen , the kitchen was well equipped. The facility which stood out the most was that every room had an attached toilet and bath. Outstanding, would like to return again.

Clean, simple.
Bunk beds rickety and not suitable for adults. No privacy when sitting in kitchen unless you pulled down blinds which would shut out the light. Parking was a problem. No space near property. Pole up on driveway so not able to park there - were told by staff at Cliff Hotel that there was a Wedding so we could not park one vehicle there either. When staying one night its very expensive to use the property for 19hrs - would have liked to have had more time in the morning.
