Gorleston Beach House by Leap Escapes

House is in a great location to beach and a pub overlooking the sea. House is large and clean Bed rooms are large and bed are comfortable Everyone was happy with the house and would love to return..

No faults with stay Can be tight to park as its on street but I understand that when booking..

Great location - less than 10 minutes from Gorleston beach. Big rooms with plenty of space. Easy drive to Gt Yarmouth. Bathrooms recently renovated - very nice !

Very uncomfortable, worn mattresses in both first floor bedrooms and one of the second floor bedrooms. Most of the house feels like a project that has not been completed. A lot of basic white walls with no character or personality. Awkward street parking. Guest information scattered about the kitchen - need to be in one file (instructions for all the appliances in the house, up-to-date fliers for local attractions etc.). If there are only three of you staying there, it is not good value for money. Scruffy front door with worn paintwork, tarnished metalwork and a poorly fitted letter box. This is the first impression that your guests have - should be better.
