Pavilion - Beachfront Property

Good location, easy to park outside the property and the property is very clean.

The boiler needs a service as quite noisy when firing- other than that we had a comfortable stay.

We stayed for one night to attend an event at the Pier. Convenient location, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and informative host, provided easy check in instructions and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did. On street parking was available right outside and a nice little cafe within a few feet.

very minor observation wouldn't say was a criticism, but perhaps a couple of plug sockets with USB adaptors

Travelling with dog. Nice spacious house, clean and light and warm. Very accessible for dogs with hard flooring throughout and welcoming dog bowls. Both bedrooms are ensuite and an extra toilet downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Brilliant location: park outside for dogs; minutes from the promenades and the beach; next door to Sea Breeze cafe for breakfast (dog friendly); two pubs only minutes away and the Pavilion Theatre opposite.

There were a couple of little things. The bedside light had no bulb. The bed was too soft for us.
