Great location, very close to all amenities
Nothing really, apart from would have been good to have a blind or curtain across the front door as every time someone walked past, our dogs kept barking

Good location, easy to park outside the property and the property is very clean.
The boiler needs a service as quite noisy when firing- other than that we had a comfortable stay.

We stayed for one night to attend an event at the Pier. Convenient location, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and informative host, provided easy check in instructions and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did. On street parking was available right outside and a nice little cafe within a few feet.

very last minute booking spotlessly clean everything you could need would definitely re use
very minor observation wouldn't say was a criticism, but perhaps a couple of plug sockets with USB adaptors
