It makes a great destination for a traditional bucket-and-spade outing and is not only popular with young families but surfers, windsurfers, body-boarders and kite-flyers too. Gorleston-on-Sea is just south of Great Yarmouth and offers beach side cafés, pubs, restaurants, the Edwardian Pavilion theatre and a bustling high street. Turnstone House is a fantastic base from which to explore all that Norfolk has to offer. Hire a boat or take a guided boat trip on the beautiful Norfolk Broads or visit Horsey Beach where, at certain times of the year, you can see seals and their cubs. A short drive away is the medieval city of Norwich with its cathedral, castle, museums, restaurants and fine shopping. Beach 100 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Had a lovely break at Turnstone House.Very clean well equiped no megatives but a couple of suggestionsCould do with same basics on arrival some tea and coffee also some spare Bin bags and toilet rolls Will probably go back next year as had a great holiday there

A good location , well equipped and clean house, the garden still had a few flowers out in November so would be a pretty spot to sit in during the summer. Only one gripe, some doors very heavy to open especially if you are carry a tray!

This was a great house, really close to the beach. Really clean. Well equipped. Shame the master bedroom isn’t at the front of the house in the bigger room but otherwise a great stay.

Wonderful stay. We were 4 adults a teenager and one dog. Excellent location 1 min walk to a lovely beach. Good for our morning runs and dog walks. House was spotlessly clean. Felt covid safe. The house is so well equipped and feels very homely. Beds super comfy. Lovely garden enclosed. Have already recommended to my friends. Just what we all needed. Thanks so much
