The kitchen avd bathroom could do with a update definitely the shower but not awful.

Great location and windows that look at a little beach at an angle. Well stocked kitchen! And great responsiveness from property management. Had all the essentials even a garage and laundry! Garage fit a minivan easily.
The property is small and older but I still felt it was a good value for a 2 bedroom and its central location in Newport Beach. Small bathroom was fine for us with 2 adults and two little but maybe not ideal if you had 4 adults.
