1000#5 Premier Modern Home w View, Parking, and AC

Loved the views - 180 degrees from all windows of the bay and beach. Walking distance beach, bay, coffee, restaurants, shops. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided.

Ice maker and water from fridge were inoperable. Garage was too small for both cars but found ample parking on 10th street.

Location was great

It’s a little bit small for 4 people and the bathroom was really tiny

location was great. Close to Newport Harbor Yacht Club where we were racing.

Good part was the location, but there are many other rentals in the same neighborhood. Next time we want to stay in Newport Beach, we will look elsewhere. Thankfully we had a full slate of activities planned, so didn't have to do much in the unit except sleep.

There was one remote for 3 TVs, and we had to hookup the data wire and program the TVs to the wifi router to get any programming. Also, the ice maker on the fridge failed to make ice. Indicator lights showed a filter problem. Why weren't these problems resolved prior to renting the unit? Good question. Also, the coffee table and side table were worn out- paint chipped down to bare wood. Cheesy looking, especially for what we paid for the rental. Overall the furniture looked like the cheap section at IKEA. The garage was extremely small and shabby- had to retract both mirrors on my mini SUV to avoid damage.
