Updated 2 bed, 1 bath Oceanfront Home with a beautiful UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW, GARAGE PARKING, & OCEANFRONT PATIO. The home includes 1 Queen Bed, 2 Singles, and a Queen Size pullout couch. This updated home comes with a SMART TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, washer and dryer (shared), Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys, and 2 Bicycles.

This property centrally located on 15th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. The absolute perfect location with the prettiest palm tree ocean front view that is just a 5 minute walk from the Newport pier. A great place to stay that is close to all of the fun but far enough away that you can hear the waves rolling in at night opposed to people. Very cleanly. We loved our stay here! The fireplace was a magical touch!

The beds were terrible breaking down. Mattresses were terrible location of property was excellent check-in process was just OK. Communication with the property manager was Excellent
