This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.

Home is exactly as advertised! Very comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms laid out really well. The kitchen, dining and living rooms face the ocean and the house is on the sand, completely unobstructed view!! Beautiful!!

Great location on the boardwalk, cute house, but needs updating. The master bedroom furniture is old and rickety and the mattress needs to be replaced, it squeaks when you sit on it. Not very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The location is perfect with volleyball nets within steps of the home. A very short walk to the ocean, Balboa Fun Zone, restaurants and more. The home was very clean with extra blankets in each bedroom. Had everything I needed to cook and the Keurig in the kitchen was a huge plus. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom were nice after a long day. The rental company was great to work with and they even brought us beach chairs and boogie boards! The only negative I can think of is the master bed is very loud and squeaky. Probably time for a new bed frame. Would definitely stay again!!!
