The backyard is the perfect spot to settle down (or turn up!) after a day on the beach just blocks away – a hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor bar will elevate any happy hour or sunset soiree. So grab a drink, grab your friend, and get your vacay started!

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Please note that the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom currently only functions as a bathtub as the jets do not work.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note, this home is not located directly on the sand; it is one block away.
- The front yard furniture has been recently replaced with new seating. Please note that the seating will be slightly different from what is shown in the listing photos.
- Please note that the jets on the master bathroom's bathtub is currently out of order.
- The reservation holder must be at least 25 and must be present for the entire stay.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, a few steps to the sand. The house was well stocked with beach supplies and the hot tub was relaxing in the evening with the fire table. I would love to stay here again.

This was my second stay at this property. Several amenities weren't functioning properly. The hot tub was barely 85 degrees max, bbq impossible to light & very weak flame from a brand new propane tank, kitchen faucet had no hot water, Carbon monoxide alarm going off due to bad batteries, master sink completely clogged & I was able to clean hair & debris myself, and the toilet was filthy as though someone had puked all over it. Also, 2 bikes had broken chains so we had to rent bikes. Several lights are burned out inside and outside on property. We love this house and understand it really just needs TLC and a new cleaning crew that recognizes dirty & clogged sinks etc.
