Our 7 bedroom, 5 bath triplex on the Newport Beach Peninsula is the perfect headquarters to experience all the best sites of Newport. Here's what you'll find in this multi-level property:

To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.

PARKING:
2 garage spaces - small to mid-size vehicles recommended. General area street parking can be used, when available, in the area - some free; some metered.

NOTE: Because all 3 units are not connected internally, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in all units - especially overnight.

PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

LOCATION:
Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, sunbathing, and much more! Across the street, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
