Our location is one of the best spots in all of Southern California and certainly Newport beach.
Yes, steps away from the world Balboa pier and the ferry to the Balboa Island. The Catalina Flyer launches from the Balboa Bay front, also a short walk away. There’s whale watching, and every sport possible in the Balboa Bay, including sailing, boating, jet skiing, kayaking.
Our beach house is great for family gatherings, reunions, and special events. Build a fire on the beach and have a family get together. Have a fun family barbecue.

We had an incredible stay at this oceanfront Newport Beach home while attending our daughter’s wedding. Shauntelle was exceptional—proactive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful—making everything seamless from start to finish.The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and easily accommodated our group of 13. The beachfront location was unbeatable—we even hosted a catered brunch for 80 guests just steps from the beach house, which made for a truly special and stress-free celebration.The virtual check-in process was incredibly helpful, it walked us through the home’s features and allowed us to settle in quickly and focus on the event. Her local recommendations and VIP concierge services for dining, shopping, and activities elevated the experience to a true resort-style stay.Without a doubt, this was the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend both the home and Shauntelle’s outstanding service.

We recently stayed at this Newport Beach property for a week and overall had a really great experience. The location is absolutely fantastic—right on the beach and perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer. We had a lot of fun and made some wonderful memories during our stay.The home itself is very spacious, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, which worked out perfectly for our group. It made it easy for everyone to have their own space and feel comfortable.Shauntelle, the property manager, was very helpful and welcoming. She walked us through most of what we needed to know upon arrival, which made settling in much easier. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing beach towels, umbrellas, and a canopy—it definitely enhanced our beach experience.That said, while the home appeared surface clean, it could really benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. Addressing this would make a big difference and elevate the overall experience to match the amazing location and layout of the home.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially for larger groups looking for a great beachfront location.

We had a great time this past weekend. Shauntelle is wonderful! Great communication and VIP service. I have a small business so I appreciate the high level of service and Shauntelle is a pro. View form the balcony is great, parking is right in front of you, shops close by. The house is so roomy with so much space and so nice that there are six bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thanks for making our stay so great and relaxing, Shauntelle.
