This beautiful home boasts incredible ocean views and is just steps to the sand and Newport Pier, and is adjacent to top restaurants, shopping, entertainment and points of interest, and activities.
Located on the boardwalk, adjacent to additional guard gated parking. The bay, harbor, and marina is a short walk away as well. The home features 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 5 full size futons.
Enjoy panoramic ocean views of the beach, pier, park, boardwalk, and Catalina sunset.
I have reviewed the floor plan for the property addressed as 510 E Oceanfront, Plan B, Newport Beach, CA and understand the furniture configurations including the provided as follows:

I understand that the amount of guests that the property can accommodate is an individual choice based on certain factors including but not limited to the size, weight, and comfort level of any given guest and its entire party or group to be accommodated.

Awesome home in an excellent location! We rented the second story home for a group of 14 people and had more than enough room for everyone. I was a little worried about the size and condition of the futons but they were very comfortable and fit two people on them easily. From booking to check-in to check-out Shauntelle was extremely helpful and truly gave us a VIP experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that our stay was perfect.Our group will definitely be back again!

My family and I had an awesome time while staying at this property. We are a large group and had plenty of space. The property was very clean and was really nice! I love that it has 3 bathrooms. Shauntelle was my contact with managing the property. She was great. She gave us a VIP experience. Shauntelle was super responsive and easy to work with. The location doesn't get much better. There is a beautiful view of the beach from right from the balcony and the beach is just a few steps away. Parking can be tough in the area but we had no problem being right next to the parking lot. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants that are super close. I would definitely go back.

Rented a house for a birthday weekend in Newport and the management was awesome. I asked if we could check out a little later given the late night we had for the birthday girl, and not only did they let us check out 3 hours after the time posted, but they also let us check in 3 hours early so we could enjoy the beach. We also had a lot of people staying with us and provided us all the extra bedding and towels for no extra charge. They went above and beyond to make the weekend special and the birthday girl was stoked. Thanks so much!
