HOME LOCATION

Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the Sand, you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts. Not far from our home you can rent a bike and enjoy a stroll down the Newport Beach Boardwalk

You can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all in the area.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund.     Location was great. The property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group size. However, there were several maintenance issues noted within the first 24 hours. This property is in need of some updates and repairs.- We had to fix the toilet in the downstairs unit- Some beds are effectively on the ground, others are slightly raised, none have box springs- Holes in the sheets on the king bed in the bedroom without a bathroom, lower unit.- Upstairs unit interior door handle fell off- Downstairs bathroom towel bar fell off- Lights burnt out throughout units

    This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 20. Rented the entire building 10 bedrooms 7 bathrooms. Location to the beach was excellent couldn’t ask for better. The management Brandon was excellent. Anything that we needed to make sure we had everything for our stay. There were a few items that needed repair, the management company was gracious that I pointed them out. We will definitely be renting this property on our next trip.
