EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
4 twin trifold floor mats, with extra linens/pillows, are provided. (Floor mats are best suited for children). Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee and are attractively installed.

LAUNDRY:
Shared facilities in laundry room along side walkway. Guests must bring their own laundry supplies.

PARKING:
2 carport spaces, right and left side, accommodates most vehicles (some SUV's). General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when available (metered and unmetered).

LOCATION:
Best of all is the close proximity to the popular 35th Street beach - known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. There is something for everyone at this longtime local favorite! And every convenience is within easy walking distance: eateries, coffee shops, grocery store, shopping, nightlife, the iconic Newport Pier, the posh Lido Marina Village, and so many destinations in between! The beachfront boardwalk, which stretches 6-miles along the peninsula, is the best way to explore the town on foot or on beach cruiser. Guests can park their cars and not use them again until departure day!

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
