EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, three twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented instead of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.

PARKING:
Two garage parking spaces, on the right and left side. Small to mid-sized vehicles recommended. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

LOCATION:
Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, sunbathing, and much more! Across the street, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard; as a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

This home is one house back from the oceanfront and boardwalk; across the street from the new Marina Park community facility and playground right on the Newport Harbor Bayfront; 3 short blocks to the Newport Pier area to the north; 3 short blocks to the 15th Street village with shops and water recreation rentals to the south; 14 short blocks from a new Pavilion’s/Von’s market, Chipotle (fresh Mexican fast food), Nail Salon, Gina’s Pizza, Chase Bank, and other establishments….and 15 short blocks from Starbuck’s coffee, Bank of America, Via Lido Pharmacy, Woody’s Diner and the Lido Theater…..with MANY, MANY more destinations all around within walking or biking distance!

The best strategy is to park the car and not use it until your departure! There are several local transportation options (Uber, the downtown shuttle, taxi, and more), but the best is on your own two feet or a bicycle. Bus service is nearby as well.
