1000#2 Magnificent Beach Home w/ AC & 4K TVs

Very convenient to 2 beaches (ocean and harbor side), good beach equipment, well stocked kitchen modern and very clean

Checkin and check out seem fairly inflexible….Wanted $50 for checkin 2 hrs early. Small bathroom difficult for 3 adults to share; expresso maker but no coffee pot for those who don’t like expresso.

Location! Location! Location! You’re steps away from the beach and snuggled between Balboa and Newport Beach piers. Just lovely! We couldn’t have hoped for a better location and/or accommodation for our 3 night stay. The unit was clean throughout and everything you need was included and provided ie., shampoo, conditioner, soap, linens, robes, beach towels, beach chairs, espresso machine, basic condiments, dishes, pots and pans...the list goes on and on! The seat warming bidet was a game changer! :D The bed was big and comfortable and the bedroom furnishings were perfect for the size of the room. There are 2 televisions, 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom.

The only downside was, the bed is against wall adjacent to the next door unit. On our last morning our next door neighbors were up before the break of dawn (430am) and I could hear their every movement and conversation. They were getting ready to leave on an all-day outing and making lots of noise until they left (approx 30 mins later). I’m a light sleeper so it did bother me because once I’m up, I can’t go back to sleep. But this is no fault of the owners and I wouldn’t let this stop me from choosing this property again! Overall, it was a 5 star stay!!

Great location across from the beach. TVs were excellent and the automatic warming toilet seat was very cool. The place is cute aside from what I stated above. Close to everything you need for shopping a d eating.

Bed has a mattress topper that does not fit leaving a gap between bed and wall. Shower floor looked dirty. Couch very uncomfortable and hurt back after sitting for a while. Also, a coffee table would be nice.We also thought the property was in a condo building which is why we booked. It is a renovated older property thats right on the street level. The walls were so thin we could hear the people next door conversations clearly. There should be pictures of the exterior to avoid disappointment. You are obviously paying for the location not the unit. The unit needs better linens and mattress. Kitchen faucet is loose.
