Casa Bellavista

We stayed as a group of eight for 10 days and really enjoyed having the entire building to ourselves. The three separate apartments gave everyone enough privacy and space, while the pool, BBQ area and beautiful views made it easy to spend time together. The house was very quiet, had parking for two cars, and the location was great — close to grocery stores and beaches, and within easy reach of Kotor, Tivat and Budva. Overall, the place was even more beautiful in person than we expected from the photos.

Our main disappointment was that the two apartments on the first floor felt noticeably more basic and less renovated than the apartment on the second floor. Although everything was shown in the photos, the second-floor apartment was clearly presented as the main image of the property, so we expected the same level and atmosphere throughout the building. We also had some issues with the shower drain, and it would have been very helpful to have a simple house guide explaining things like the boiler, lights and pool area, as we had to contact the host several times with questions. That said, the host was extremely kind and responsive and always came to help very quickly whenever we needed anything.
