World-class experience in Luštica Bay!

This was my first time staying in Luštica, and it turned out to be one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had globally. Having lived in Dubai for over 20 years and traveled extensively, I was truly impressed by the location, the ease of communication, and the excellent facilities. The beaches are simply world-class. What really stood out, however, was the Lustica Bay Vacation Homes customer team — their service was outstanding, something I haven’t experienced even in Dubai. An amazing, kind, and highly professional team that made the stay unforgettable.

Honestly, the food was just too good especially at 21 Bistro and Lucha in Centrale. We enjoyed it so much that we went home a few pounds heavier!

Passable

The apartments are rather new and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dish-washer, etc. The territory is picturesque and clean. Good variety of restaurants both on the first line and on the mountain (Piazza Centrale).

The service is awful, better to say there is no service at all. Marina beach constantly did’t provide the towels they aim to provide during their working hours due to “ups, they have just finished”; the beach staff didn’t say you “hello” and were not friendly. The most ridiculous and unprofessional issue took place on the date of our departure: the day before we agreed with reception through their official chat in Whatsapp to stay 2 hours more after the official check-out time (from the chat: “It is possible, it will be our pleasure if you stay longer, we just ask you to let us know how long you plan to stay, so that we can inform our HSK team not to enter the apartment”), but on the next day they started to press us to leave the apartments sharp at check-out: “Unfortunately, in the meantime the apartment has been reserved, so we need to prepare it for other quests. You can use any of the facilities in the village until your departure time”. Is this the way this property handles all its business, I wonder? Does the word commitment make any sense?

Magical Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Lustica Bay Apartments. We booked one of the apartments for one week and spent basically the whole week there enjoying the beach, the restaurants, the events, etc. We liked everything about the facility: - the cleanness of our apartment and the facility - the equipment of our apartment (oven, coffee machine, stove, fridge, freezer, full kitchen set, washing machine, etc.) - the beautiful private beach - the restaurants (especially "the Spot", "Kiki's" and "the Lighthouse") - the calmness of the place (this was unbelievable) - the people! - the Gym and the Spa - the several events offered by the facility (e.g. Live-Music, Pasta Night, etc.) - the service! (e.g. organisation of transfer, boat taxi to different beaches, etc.) It was such a relaxing and magical stay and we could fully calm down. We would always come back and did recommend it to our friends as well.

Lack of staff and commpunication skills

Exceptional place, view from the window, whole areal is only for residents or owners,isolated by security that gives false sense of “safety”. In any case dont leave any item unattended- the things are dissapearing (getting stolen): like our 2 mobile phones, headphonesd dissapeared and never found even if cameras are everywhere…

Difficult communication with reception staff: one day one staff gives promise (eg. to fix umbrella on terrace or provide additional bedsheets) , other day you have to repeat same request to other staff, finally last afternoon before check out you get umbrellas fixed… and on check out you get charged for additional bedsheets that you never received. Also- appartment booked by us for 3 - was prepared for 2 people only.
