Great views and a very relaxing atmosphere. It was especially convenient for us as a family with two young children, since the swimming pool was right outside our balcony. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

The location is quite hilly, so walking to nearby shops isn’t very practical. We also had to rely on the buggy service to get around the resort, and during busy hours the wait time can be longer, and not really clear who is next in line for a ride

The apartment was outstanding, large,spacious with beautiful views from the balcony. It was equipped with everything you’d ever need. The facilities and restaurants on site were perfect. On arrival our welcome was the best and everyone was extremely helpful.

Nothing

The apartments are rather new and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dish-washer, etc. The territory is picturesque and clean. Good variety of restaurants both on the first line and on the mountain (Piazza Centrale).

The service is awful, better to say there is no service at all. Marina beach constantly did’t provide the towels they aim to provide during their working hours due to “ups, they have just finished”; the beach staff didn’t say you “hello” and were not friendly. The most ridiculous and unprofessional issue took place on the date of our departure: the day before we agreed with reception through their official chat in Whatsapp to stay 2 hours more after the official check-out time (from the chat: “It is possible, it will be our pleasure if you stay longer, we just ask you to let us know how long you plan to stay, so that we can inform our HSK team not to enter the apartment”), but on the next day they started to press us to leave the apartments sharp at check-out: “Unfortunately, in the meantime the apartment has been reserved, so we need to prepare it for other quests. You can use any of the facilities in the village until your departure time”. Is this the way this property handles all its business, I wonder? Does the word commitment make any sense?
