Lustica Bay Vacation Homes

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Lustica Bay Vacation Homes and cannot recommend it enough. The apartment was beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent most of our days at the Chedi beach, which was stunning and the perfect place to unwind. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. We loved every minute of our time here and are already looking forward to our next vacation here!

Go for Marina Village if you can. The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a great terrace. We were also upgraded and given a parking space in the garage within the building. The staff were exceptional: friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The Chedi beach was very nice—the water was clean and warm, there was plenty of space and depth for swimming, and it never felt too crowded. The Marina itself has several restaurants, which are generally ok, as well as a grocery store. The whole complex is exceptionally well maintained, very family-friendly and generally quiet. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you are looking for a relaxed and comfortable holiday.

Depending on you location, there might be some uphill walking. Still you can order a buggy and it will pick you up within 10 minutes (some people complained the waiting time, but we felt it was ok).

The apartments are rather new and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dish-washer, etc. The territory is picturesque and clean. Good variety of restaurants both on the first line and on the mountain (Piazza Centrale).

The service is awful, better to say there is no service at all. Marina beach constantly did’t provide the towels they aim to provide during their working hours due to “ups, they have just finished”; the beach staff didn’t say you “hello” and were not friendly. The most ridiculous and unprofessional issue took place on the date of our departure: the day before we agreed with reception through their official chat in Whatsapp to stay 2 hours more after the official check-out time (from the chat: “It is possible, it will be our pleasure if you stay longer, we just ask you to let us know how long you plan to stay, so that we can inform our HSK team not to enter the apartment”), but on the next day they started to press us to leave the apartments sharp at check-out: “Unfortunately, in the meantime the apartment has been reserved, so we need to prepare it for other quests. You can use any of the facilities in the village until your departure time”. Is this the way this property handles all its business, I wonder? Does the word commitment make any sense?
