It would be nice if a king size duvet was provided rather than two single ones.

Wonderful stay

Breakfast was ok although it was not a buffet. The location is excellent, and the hosts were helpful. The view from the room was wonderful.

Breakfast selection should include a healthier choices. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis. The ladder to the see from the ramp was somewhat slippery, and requires cleaning.

It was a lovely stay with a stunning views

The coffee by the beach and the restaurant downstairs, which had amazing grilled squids with a salad. I enjoyed the little kitchen in the room though it would not be too convenient for cooking a lot. Access to beach beds and sup board. Also the view out my window :) Bed was comfy and everything else was perfect. Also I appreciate they allowed me to work on the day of check out at the restaurant outside during the day while waiting for my boat, wifi was working perfect. Many thanks!

Just to mention, as for a traveller without a car, this felt a bit remote, though if travelling with a car, just perfect and away from city life.

On the waterfront where we could jump into the water. Restaurant in the basement of the apartmentbuilding. Room was clean but no cleaning in the three days we were there, only change of towels.

There were missing a slidingdoor in the shower which was causing a mess in the bathroom. The landlord did not speak English so the communication was diffucult.

Perfect place in Tivat, with great location by the sea.

Rooms are the cleanest ones that we've ever stayed. The property is by the sea, staff members are so nice and kind people (and their bacon lover dog who was our breakfast accompany <3). We had our dinners at their restaurant during our stay, it was amazing.

The inclusion of complimentary kayaks and paddles adds a touch of adventure for those looking to explore. Rooms Clean and spacious rooms offer a comfortable retreat after a day at the beach. Attention to cleanliness and detail reflects the overall quality of the hotel. Breakfast A typical breakfast for the area is provided, giving guests to strive for. Overall, the hotel's blend of personalized service, unique sea access, and quality accommodations create an unforgettable experience that speaks to both relaxation and adventure.

Shower Door Issue The only notable drawback during our stay was the absence of a shower door in the bathroom, due to it being broken by a previous guest. Though a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of our stay, it did slightly cloud the experience. Given the otherwise attentive nature of the staff, it was surprising that the issue was not resolved during our 5-day stay, either through repair or offering a room change. Conclusion However, it's essential to emphasize that this was a minor hiccup in what was otherwise an incredible stay. The quality of the amenities, the private access to the sea, and the exemplary staff largely overshadowed this small issue. The broken shower door, while an inconvenience, didn't detract significantly from the overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The location is amazing, close to a lot of other cities, great if you came with a car. The best thing was definitely the private beach which is rare in Montenegro so it’s a nice quiet retreat. Breakfast was fresh.

It was great! We were in apartment with a view of the sea, the view is so good. The apartment was clean, they changed towels very often. There is a restaurant at the apartment. The breakfast was very good. The owner and the staff were nice, you can ask them if you needed something. You can go swimming in the sea from the apartment, the water is clean. There is parking at the property. You need a car if you want to go around, so I would recommend coming by car or renting one. We also visited beaches in the area.

We read in the description you can pay only with cash so we came prepared.

Confusing.

Easy access to the beach and to the sea

Nobody answered our messages sent via Bookings. They did not clean daily even it was part of the price. Only few people understood English - it was very hard to communivate.

Almost perfect

Location beach and restaurant was perfect, Emir was polite and helpful guy who works in restaurant. Boat and lots of equipment for sea. Clean room and tovels.

Air condition was not working for 4 days however weather was good beacuse of this was not a big issue for that time.

the owner was a grumpy man and he treated us very unfriendly. breakfast options are very limited and you can only find 1 or 2 pork-free options in the entire menu. you can find a lot of better options with the better prices in the area. the price was unnecesseraly high.

The best thing about the property was very pleasant and professional staff at the kitchen, chefs Aki and Sneza, they were giving their best to meet our gastronomy needs. Also I would mention main maid Slavica who was very hospitable and proffesional, keeping our room clean and nity.

Owners were not interested to refurbish broken doors of the shower room. Also our room had multiple moisture stains on the wall.

Nice places but disappointing customer care

The property has a nice view over the bay, private sunbeds and free beach towels. They also offer private boat transfers that are less expensive than taxis.

The included breakfast was limited to eggs or toast, coffee or juice (not both), probably the blandest and greasiest food out of the 20 countries I've visited. Although they have a restaurant on-site, we've only eaten there once because the food was expensive and either overcooked or raw. The shower cabin was dirty when we checked in and the sheets were changed one time in 10 days when they should have been done at least 3 times. It was definitely expensive for a room with a pillowcase on the window. If you need anything, you will probably have to chase the hosts because they are rarely available. Even weeks before check-in they never replied to any of my communications. While at the property, there was a clear difference in customer care and hospitality between us and their language-speaking guests. Tivat, Kotor and the surrounding areas are worth visiting but you must rent a car as there is no public transport from the property.

Everything was just perfect. The staff was very polite. The beach is private with a stairs to the cristal clear sea...and not so big so there is not a chance for jam and noise. There is even a possibility to use a paddle board and kayak for free. Last but not the least, the restaurant was great and the food was delicious. For every recommendation. I would like to stay in this apartments again!

The households were very kind and responsive, the apartment was fully as in pictures, as described, clean and comfortable, and with a perfect sea view from the balcony. The location is perfect, quite neighborhood, although distances are not very far, you will need to rent a car or take a taxi for sightseeing.

Best Holiday in Montenegro

The apartment was very beautiful and also clean! The view on the sea was amazing! The owner and his Family and the whole team arround maestral were very friendly and polite! It was the best holiday in Montenegro till now. You can take the kanu and the stand up paddle free of charge. It is a beautiful place for a romance couple stay! Next year we are going to visit again maestral!

The sea is wonderful, accommodation very comfortable, and decorated in good taste. Breakfast which is included in the price was really good, and coffee one of the best I had in a long time.

This is a problem not directly linked to the accommodation, but there is almost no public transport available. Only one bus line which is highly unreliable. So, if you're planning to move around either rent a car at the airport, or be prepared to pay for private cabs.
