Villa Pcela is a spacious luxury villa, restored in 2014 from a derelict village house, now providing comfortable, stylish and uniquely furnished accommodation over three floors. Perfect for families and groups of friends.
Huge top floor master bedroom suite with superking bed, comfortable seating and balconies to three aspects, giving views to Tivat Bay, Mount Lovcen and the Adriatic.
Ensuite dressing room and bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Three further ground floor double bedrooms with ensuite/dedicated bathrooms.
Open plan living space with two large sofas, beautiful oak dining furniture and elegant, contemporary, well equipped kitchen. Wall width sliding doors to huge 40sq.m. sun terrace with outdoor sofa, chairs and large shaded dining area.
Steps down to lower terrace. Games area with table tennis and full size table football.
Large 10mx5m deck level pool with sun terraces and vine covered raised summer kitchen with BBQ and dining area.
Further pretty, private courtyard garden and secure gated parking for four cars.
Nearby footpath to fantastic safe and sheltered sandy beach, 5 mins by car to local shops, restaurants and bars.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. We went for 2 weeks and there was a clean and laundry change halfway through our stay. The pool was cleaned twice a week.
I would say you definitely need a car to get around and there are lots of places to visit such as Kotor which we loved.
I would agree with other reviews that even with a fan the top 2 floors without air con were hot as there was a low of 30 degrees at night. However we were aware of this before going. We only had a party of 5 so all slept on the ground floor where there was air con.
The villa had everything you needed and the kids LOVED the pool!

This villa is fantastic, and has so much space both indoors and outdoors. The big pool was the star of the show for us, and the house is very well equipped. It’s situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, you really need to drive to go anywhere, but the shops and the beach are less than 5 mins and the big supermarket 10mins. There’s also the Lustica peninsula to explore, and the beautiful towns of Tivat and Kotor are only a short drive. The A/C is only on the ground floor where the 3 smaller bedrooms are (all with doors directly out into the pool area), but there are fans provided in the bedroom on the top floor, and it’s nice and airy if there is a breeze.

It's tempting to keep to yourself something that is special, but that would be unfair on Sally.
The place is exactly as described and is perfect for a family or a group of friends.
It's definitely a place to chill and relax.
We were an adult family group and it was large enough for everyone to have their own space but small enough to enjoy shared social moments and dining.
Everyone wants to return and hopefully we will one day.

Villa Pcela is a wonderfully spacious, refurbished property with well thought out living areas. The master bedroom suite on the top floor is vast. All other bedrooms are on the ground floor and they have the benefit of airconditioning which was a real bonus for sleeping at the time we were there. The downstairs bedrooms have their own separate entrance and are connected to the lounge and kitchen area by 2 sets of outside steps. The pool is fantastic, extremely clean and well looked after. Shops and amenities are only a 5 minute drive away and the nearest beach only a little bit further. Tivat airport is about 10 minutes. We absolutely loved the area and will definitely be coming back in the near future!
