Absolutely unacceptable experience - avoid at all costs.

Cheap for a reason

I booked a specific room which was later downgraded without explanation, clearly due to a double booking. The "new" room was on the 3rd floor, accessible only by a set of stairs that are an outright safety hazard. They look like they were welded together by someone with five minutes of experience, with gaping holes and a handrail far too low to prevent a fall. It's a miracle no one has been injured yet. To make matters worse, the property is dropped into a dirt field with no signage, and it's blatantly incomplete, far from what's shown in the listing photos. I refused to stay there for my own safety and ended up finding another place, yet received no refund whatsoever. This is false advertising and dangerously negligent. Save yourself the hassle, book literally anywhere else.

The Perfect Escape from the Hustle! Santru Villa in Petulu was exactly what I needed after a few weeks of non-stop traveling. It was the perfect place to recharge my batteries. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, and my room was so clean and comfy. It felt like I was splurging on a luxury hotel, but it was still totally affordable for a backpacker's budget. The staff were the absolute best. They were super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. They gave me some amazing tips for places to eat and things to see around the area. I loved that the villa is a bit outside the main Ubud town, so it's really quiet and peaceful, but still just a short scooter ride away from everything. I felt so safe and relaxed here. It’s a definite must-stay for any solo traveler looking for a beautiful, tranquil spot!

Séjour parfait à Villa Santru

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à la Villa Santru. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée. La chambre était impeccable, confortable et très bien équipée. Le cadre du logement est magnifique et paisible, idéal pour se détendre. Nous avons pu louer un scooter très facilement, ce qui a rendu nos déplacements pratiques, et nous avons aussi apprécié le service de blanchisserie pour notre linge. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous recommandons vivement !

J'ai passé un moment incroyable dans cette villa à Petulu, Ubud. C'est vraiment le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer. La villa est magnifique, super propre et bien entretenue. Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et hyper serviable, ils ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. L'ambiance est hyper calme et relaxante, idéal pour déconnecter du quotidien. Si vous cherchez un coin de paradis pour vous détendre, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut !
