Todo nos encantó, Putu fue maravilloso, nos proporcionó moto de alquiler y atendía a todas nuestras peticiones. La villa nos la limpiaban todos los días. Estaba todo en perfecto estado, limpio y ordenado. La ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro en moto pero sin estar en todo el meollo. Y teníamos de todo al lado, warung, lavandería, casa de cambio. La villa est parfaite pour un séjour à Ubud, à 15min du centre. Le personnel est très réactif et à l'écoute. La piscine est géniale, la cuisine est complète, la chambre incroyable, et la salle de bain propre. Je recommande fortement !

The villa itself is nice and looks as shown in the photos. The design is pleasant, and the property was generally clean. Communication with the staff was polite, although the main issue with the construction noise was not actually resolved.

The biggest issue was very loud construction just a few meters from the villa, apparently on the owner’s side. The noise often started around 8:00 and continued until about 16:00. Because of jet lag, we usually woke up at 10-11, so this made it impossible to rest or enjoy a peaceful morning. There were other construction sites further away, but they were barely noticeable compared to this one. The main noise was clearly coming from the construction right next to the villa. Before booking this villa, we actually canceled another similar (and cheaper) villa because the owner honestly informed us about nearby construction. Unfortunately, here we were not informed in advance. At check-in, we asked about it and were told it was only minor exterior work and would not be noisy, which was not true. We contacted the owner and asked if the loud work could be moved to later hours, after 11, or done when we were not at the villa. The owner said they would try, but in reality nothing changed. Later, they even claimed the noise was not from their construction, although it was clearly visible and coming from right next to us =((( Another issue was lack of privacy. When workers were on the second floor of the construction site, they could directly see into our villa area. We understand that construction happens, and the workers themselves were polite and were just doing their job. However, this situation should have been clearly communicated in advance. No compensation was offered despite the inconvenience. For future guests:: the villa itself is good and matches the photos, and the service is generally polite. But if this construction is still ongoing, it can be very loud, so please check this carefully before booking... Unfortunately, this was our first negative experience after many bookings here, and also the first time we felt the need to leave such a review.
