Lovely apartment in great location

Fabulous location. Gorgeous living/dining area and the kitchen with its big table was great for breakfast. Really well appointed apartment with everything you need. Great to be able to wash and dry clothes too.

Nothing really although the hot water wasn’t working the first two days but when we contacted the team to let them know, they were incredibly responsive and eventually solved the issue. The bathroom upstairs has a very low ceiling so is really only suitable for kids. The two other bathrooms however were perfect for our group of 4.

An exceptional stay—stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed in an ideal location.

Our greeter, Flavia, was amazing—very helpful and professional. The apartment itself is fantastic, from the beautiful flooring to the well-equipped kitchen. The music system, lighting, and overall design are clearly very well thought through. Our family truly enjoyed our stay; the apartment was extremely comfortable. The location is also perfect.

Beautiful stay that we wish could be longer! Definitely coming back!

Beautiful in every way! Tasteful furnishings, very comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen, great location! Asia, our greeter, was very friendly and helpful.

Only a small issue but it would have been good to have some boardgames or things for entertainment. Another minor issue was the noise from surrounding apartments late at night.

Its central location made it easy to explore Florence, and the host’s attention to detail made our stay feel truly special.

El departamento era muy cómodo, muy bien decorado y equipado . Muy buen gusto y detalles. Como para sentirte en tu propia casa . La ubicación excelente . Cerca de todo pero barrio tranquilo . La atención de Asia previa al arribo , cuando llegamos y durante la estadía , súper atenta.

La communication n’a pas été simple avec l’hôte : nous avons réservé en dernière minute (l’avant-veille de notre arrivée

L’appartement est parfait. On se sent chez soit : Il y a de la déco, des meubles, des ustensiles de cuisines et vaisselle comme dans un appartement habité à l’année et chargé d’histoire. L’emplacement est incroyable, à côté de touts les points d’intérêt, et malgré tout il est très silencieux. On y a passé un très très bon moment.

Quelques difficultés à aérer 2 des chambres qui donnent sur la cour où il y avait des odeurs d’égout.

Logement vraiment exceptionnel

Ce logement est exceptionnel. Il est immense, et surtout extrêmement bien situé. Il possède tout ce qu’il faut pour un confort optimal. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, détail qui a son importance si vous louez ce logement en juillet/août. L’hôte est super réactif et ne manque pas de s’enquérir régulièrement de votre confort et votre bien-être. Bref, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour un séjour parfait.

A noter qu’il n’y a pas de four à micro-ondes, mais cela ne change pas le fait que ce logement est vraiment exceptionnel.

Opvaskemaskinen meget gammel og nedslidt. Nogle af gasblussene virkede ikke. Manglende desinficerings tabletter til Jacuzzien. Køkkenvaskeafløbet bør renses. Intet varmt vand de sidste to døgn.
