Location was amazing and the apartment is so nice! It was awesome to have two bathrooms for our family.

Very modern and elegant and clean. Location very walkable to all the main things to see in Florence.
Owners need to provide a detailed printed manual for operating/ using many of the modern appliances and features. Florence is a big city, lots of people walking around 24/7 if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Curtains in second bedroom were broken slightly, meaning they couldn’t be closed all the way letting in light from the street. Should be an easy fix.

Incredible property - felt new and well designed Spotlessly clean - the cleaning service just does a great job Fantastic location - walking distance from station ~8-10 minutes walk. Groceries and restaurants within 1 minute walk. Friendly support when needed
The showers were sluggish and need to be fixed. But do not let this dissuade from choosing the apartment.
