The apartment is spread over an area of about 130 square meters and has: a large outdoor terrace of 140 square meters, framed by lush evergreen plants for absolute privacy; a spacious and bright living room furnished with refinement and equipped with every kind of comfort, including a nice kitchenette; four bedrooms and three comfortable bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
The four bedrooms have large windows that provide lots of light. The soft and relaxing colors of the walls, the warmth of the parquet and the refinement of the design objects and furnishings make the rooms particularly comfortable. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, heating. The three bathrooms available to guests are furnished in light colors, equipped with shower or bathtub and all kinds of comforts.
The living room enjoys lots of natural light, thanks to the many windows and direct access to the outdoor terrace. The environment has been organized in such a way as to have three perfectly habitable and comfortable areas, that is, a contemporary style kitchenette equipped with every kind of comfort for cooking independently; the relaxation area with a nice and characteristic fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can enjoy watching TV or chatting and, finally, the dining room with a spacious table in fine wood.
Another highlight of the apartment is the spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the city. Part of the perimeter of the private terrace has been covered by evergreen plants for complete privacy.
The environment is furnished with umbrellas, wicker beds, a spacious sofa with a small table and a table for 8 people where you can have breakfast or dine by candlelight.
