Appartamento impeccabile nella pulizia, nei servizi e nella manutenzione. Posizione ottima: fermata bus quasi sotto casa e metro a pochi minuti, molto comodo per visitare Lione. Julie è una padrona di casa eccezionale: gentile, attenta e rapida nelle risposte.

Al momento della prenotazione non era chiaro (almeno per me!) che la cauzione venisse gestita tramite un sito esterno (Swikly). Si tratta comunque di un’impronta bancaria e non di un addebito. Mi è stata sbloccata senza problemi, ma ho dovuto aspettare quasi tre settimane dal soggiorno. Le regole di pulizia prima del check-out sono arrivate solo dopo la prenotazione e, in parte, la sera prima del check-out: sarebbe più corretto comunicarle nell’annuncio fin dall’inizio. L’appartamento ha un sistema di ventilazione meccanica sempre attivo che non può essere disattivato: dettaglio non menzionato nella descrizione, che può risultare fastidioso soprattutto di notte. Nonostante la prenotazione non è cancellabile senza addebito, Booking non segnala questi aspetti in fase di prenotazione (e non se ne prende la responsabilità successivamente), quindi chi prenota può avere delle sorprese che rischiano di rendere meno sereno un soggiorno altrimenti molto positivo.

All rather new and quite nicely equipped. Close to two metro stations and a direct bus to Part Dieu, only 10 minutes to the old town. Supermarkets close-by. Surprisingly it wasn’t that noisy (ear plugs still recommended). Overall a nice place to stay.

The owner asked me to pay for cleaning, which was not in the description, or fully clean the flat myself; inappropriate. Communication was not great, I had to continuously ask for basic info and the responses were often vague or incorrect. To get and return the keys I had to go to another address, not great with luggage. I didn’t manage to connect to the internet, the instructions that were supposed to be there didn’t exist. The really high security deposit is still not released after a week despite the owner stating that I left the place impeccable. There are no hooks or other options for (tea) towels to dry, or coats to hang in the hall.
