Good place to stay, bad host.

Property was well-located and clean enough.

Very bad smell like trash when opening the windows. What is more, the appartment is littered with ways of telling you that you're going to pay extra if you do this or that. What's more, I had to contact the host for a credit card related issue and never had any answer. Imagine then my surprise when I receive not one but several (automated?) mails asking me if my stay was good, if I needed anything, or even offering me a coupon afterwards (on their own site of course). Yes, I needed one thing: a timely response!

Honestly, we do not recommend this place !

Very well situated. The owner answered quite well but it should be our task to tell the cleaners to do their jobs ! / Everything you need for cooking is there, that was very practical.

Everything was dirty, not very comfortable. If you wanted to go straight to the bathroom you had to climb on the bed because there is no space to move. It’s very very tiny, we would say it’s too small for 2 people. The cleaning manager was very impolite, not helpful, and he even entered without knocking. The curtains are fine for nighttime but inexistant for daytime, which means no light OR people able to see you. The cleaning ladies were SO LOUD in the morning when they cleaned the room next door! Also, they send a lot of emails.

Worst accommodation ever - Money stolen from the card!!!

After this review the owner of the property was upset and stole 500 euro from my card, she took my money illegally, abusive!!! The property has many problems: 1. The space is very badly organized: the bed is very close to the wall and when you want to go to the bathroom you hit the wall, the bed and the TV (see picture attached). We had to squeeze between the wall and the bed. 2. There was no coat hanger in the room and no mirror. Only one mirror in the hardly accessing bathroom. 3. There was only one thick blanket on the bed although it was summer season (June). No additional sheets provided. 4. There were only 2 big towels provided for 2 people, no hand/face towels provided. 5. In the property brochure it was mentioned that if you want other towels/or sheets you must pay extra 10/20 EUR. 6. There was no shampoo, the shower gel was diluted with water (totally of no use). 7, On the terrace it was a bad smell and in one evening a mouse appeared and ran along the patio wall. And we also found cigarettes stumps thrown by the inhabitants from the superior floors. 8. We were not allowed to leave the luggage there after check out (not even for 2-3 hours). 9. The owner was absent and non-communicative. We mailed him like 5 times till we got an answer related to the luggage. He did not took any measure when we told him that a mouse appeared on the terrace.

A great quick stopover in Lyon with an AWESOME restaurant (guinguette) right across the street!

The bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect for sleeping. The shower was cozy. We didn't really use the rest of the facilities, but everything seemed in order!

The address was really 31 bis which could have been noted in the instructions. Also, the wifi information was not included in the original instructions, I had to request it upon arrival!

Small apartment with great location, i.e., connection with the metro station, pretty clean and has everything you need (even a hair iron) The apartment has balcony too, so you can enjoy there if you don't feel like going out

Deco sur la photo !

Beaucoup de choses : - mauvais code - j’ai dû appeler 5 personnes dans l’immeuble - perte de 30 minutes - clé hyper dure à enlever - perte de 15 minutes - bp avec la plaque - pas rassurant - perte de 45 minutes et effrayant - beau nom mais très petit… à peine un passage pour aller à la salle de bain

L'emplacement .

Le service client est horrible. J'ai attendu plus de 2h avant d'avoir le code pour rentrer rien que dans l'immeuble.... SERVICE CLIENT DÉPLORABLE À FUIR ! Le seul point positif est l'emplacement. En photos le studio paraît grand , mais une fois sur place , on se rend compte qu'à 2 on a du mal à se déplacer au sein de ce taudis.

Très propre, bien équipé et près d’une gare. Quelques belles boutiques autour de cette adresse

Pas aisé de contacter le ou les ( ? ) propriétaires . Deux complications faciles à estomper : stationnement coûteux + codes, 3 portes et clés d’entrée / lit très encombrant qu’il suffirait de remplacer par un pliant, ou mieux: dressé : comme une armoire à rabattre le soir.

Tutto, a cominciare dal property management che pretende di gestire tutto a distanza senza avere idea di cosa significhi "ospitalità". Stanza buia, piccola e umida al piano terra con affaccio su piccolo cortile di servizio. Letto (con lenzuola e federe non stirate) che ostruisce l'ingresso al bagno (bisogna ognivolta scavalcarlo...!!). early check in e late check out esclusivamente a pagamento!!?? Non è possibile lasciare il bagaglio in struttura. Pretendono cauzione anticipata di euro 100/200, zero assistenza, no aria condizionata, riscaldamento inesistente, doccia rotta, bisogna pure portare via i propri rifiuti alla partenza???!!! Allo stesso prezzo si trovano hotel nuovi e decorosi vicino la stazione di Perrache

Un abri confortable pour un week end à Lyon.

Facile d'accès, donnant sur une courette, le studio était très propre, bien aménagé et son emplacement très calme au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble ancien. Chauffage suffisant en ce milieu du mois de novembre.

A côté des deux capsules de café, l'ajout de deux sachets de thé et de quelques cuillères à café permettrait un premier matin en douceur.

- logement insalubre - hygiène douteuse - moisissures, crasse sur les murs, taches jaunâtres sur portes et près du lit - équipe de mauvaise foi (lorsque j’ai fais part de mon mécontentement, ils ont tenté d’annuler ma réservation en prétextant un no show pour que je ne puisse publier cet avis) - lit inconfortable et bruyant - apparence négligée - personnel peu professionnel et injoignable en cas de problème (j’ai attendu 1h devant le logement car aucune instruction ne m’a été envoyé et personne ne décrochait le téléphone) - mauvaise isolation sonore et lumineuse

Pas de nuisance sonore à proximité

Nous avions demandé s'il était possible d'avoir le logement à 13h (aucune réponse) et les moyens d'accès au logement ont été transmis très tardivement. Pas d'interlocuteur directe mais plateforme avec interlocuteur ne parlant que l'anglais : la traduction était difficile car problème de réseau sur le secteur.

Facilité d'accès, propreté et confort

J'ai toujours été habitué à prendre des hôtels plutôt que des Apparts. Je me suis laissé tenter par celui-ci et j'ai eu tord. Il faut savoir que quand vous louer cet endroit l'arrivée est à 16h et le lendemain départ à 10h.... hors nous sommes arrivés à midi sur Lyon ,du coup nous nous sommes retrouvés SDF pendant quatre heures fatigué par le voyage et quand je l'ai spécifié on m'a dit d'aller aux consignes de la gare déposer mes bagages en attendant. Et cerise sur le gâteau il fallait quitter les lieux le lendemain 10h donc si je résume pour une centaine d'euros c'est fort de café :-) d'autre part des collègues à moi ont loué un très bel appartement sur Airbnb 112,00 € avec 4 couchages et en plus c'était dans le vieux Lyon et ils n'ont pas eu ce problème Je suis désolé mais cela m'a mis dans une colère noire c'est la dernière fois que j'agis comme ça. Quand je vais à l'hôtel j'arrive à midi et je repars à midi le lendemain ,mais la on est obliger de quitter le studio à 10h quand mon train est à 13h donc je me suis retrouvé à nouveau dehors avec ma valise dans le froid au lieu de me reposer . À part ça rien à dire sur l'appartement si ce n'est que il y a une bouilloire mais pas de sachet de thé . On m'a rétorqué que les horaires étaient spécifié quand j'ai loué sauf que cela devait être écrit tellement petit que je ne l'ai pas vu sinon évidemment je ne suis pas bête je n'aurais jamais jamais jamais louer cet endroit en résumé tout petit appart' sympa mais pour la logistique c'est dramatique je déconseille fortement cet endroit pour ceux qui veulent se reposer et ne pas sentir une pression sur les horaires car en plus c'est spécifié à l'entrée de l'appartement si vous dépasser 10 heures pour partir vous serez facturé séjour à oublier pour moi
