The staff replied my message very quickly, and have a great attitude.
We have 4 people but only got one blanket. The staff said we could find another one in the closet in bedroom, we did find one but it was very messy and had a very bad small. There were also some sheets hanging there and they were all wet. Obviously they didn’t prepare everything well. 2 of us sleeping in the sofa bed and felt extremely cold because we couldn’t find a clean blanket! It was a very bad experience.

Très déçue !
Rien...
Manque total de confort. Bien pour jeunes pas pour senior, accès à la mezzanine par des petits coffres empilés !!! Canapé-convertible de l'espace séjour un pied cassé et bas de gamme (1er prix) dos trop incliné. Linge qui sèche caché derrière un rideau. Appartement sombre. Impossible de s'y reposer après une visite de la ville... Heureusement le matelas du lit était correct. Tout est à améliorer : inqualifiable.

Le séjour s’est globalement bien passé.
L’emplacement de l’appartement est vraiment top, très pratique et agréable. Le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et répondent rapidement aux messages. Toutefois, Ma demande n’a pas été prise en compte.
1/ Le troisième canapé-lit n’est pas très confortable, surtout en comparaison avec ceux que nous avons utilisés dans d’autres appartements auparavant. 2/ Il n’y avait pas de linge de bain (serviettes de douche), uniquement des serviettes pour le visage. 3/ Il manquait du papier toilette à notre arrivée. 4/ Le siphon de la douche est bouché : lorsque l’on prend une douche, l’eau ne s’évacue pas correctement et reste stagnante.

Bien ubicado y muy bien de precio. Nos alojamos un fin de semana con amigos y todo estuvo bien. La ubicación es bastante correcta y precio es muy bueno también.
