Great view,not worth the money,

Nice host to greet you at the front door,,great view from your room,

Didn’t feel comfortable sharing the apartment with other people Didn’t like the fact you have to walk the corridor to use the unclean bathroom Host says it’s your bathroom but other peoples half used shower gel and shampoo in there along with mop bucket full of dirty water. Nothing said on Booking.Com about the cat roaming around the apartment

The host was timely in meeting us. Of course, it turns out that he lives there.

I in no way expected there to be multiple people sharing this space. I noted there was a shared kitchen, but not the whole place. The bedroom walls were paper thin- the person in the next room was coughing all night long, and kept us awake. The bed was uncomfortable. No side tables or lamps by the bed. No WiFi provided. No trash can in either the bathroom or the bedroom. The location was difficult to find, and quite out of the way. We ended only staying the first night of our paid 4-night stay. This listing needs to be more accurate so that people know what they are getting. The price was good, but not for what was basically a hostel situation.

No volvería y menos por ese precio.

A quince minutos andando del centro y de la basílica (ojo, en cuesta y con escaleras). Dueño atento y amable, disponibilidad inmediata. Zona gratuita para aparcar en la calle.

Estaba sucio (muchas pelusas en el suelo, los baños llenos de pelos cortos y rizados por el suelo, la bañera con polvo). No tenía armario para colgar los abrigos (tiene una pequeña cómoda). Muebles de la habitación viejos. Los pestillos de los baños funcionan regular. La habitación tiene llaves pero los baños no (aunque no parece que entrase nadie más). Escandalosamente caro para lo que ofrece.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix et très bien situé par rapport au vieux lyon ... je recommande !

Personne très accueillante. Très belle résidence et appartement. Salle de bain très propre et dédiée. Très bon emplacement et facile d'accès et de stationnement. Tarif très intéressant.

Séjour enchanteur

Propriétaire très accueillant ! Le cadre est superbe, avec une terrasse offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la Saône, que ce soit depuis la chambre (grandes baies vitrées) ou le balcon commun. Un vrai moment de calme et de beauté.

Petit point négatif s’il faut en mentionner un : la décoration de la chambre, très sommaire, mériterait d’être un peu plus chaleureuse.

Amfitrió amable, habitació amb bones vistes i situació excel·lent.

El tracte de l'amfitrió ha estat molt agradable, ens ha ajudat i donat molt bones indicacions per conèixer bé la ciutat. Molt amable. Les vistes de l'habitació són boniques i la situació de l'allotjament està molt bé: tranquil, cèntric i amb serveis a prop. Ofereix piscina i espais per fer esport.

Vam visitar Lió en temporada d'estiu, en onada de calor, i a l'habitació hi feia una mica de calor. Però per sort, teniem servei de piscina.

Es ist genau wie auf den Fotos, mehr gibt es es tatsächlich nicht, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eher nicht noch mal !

Ein freundlicher Gastgeber, sehr schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf die Stadt. Günstiger Preis. Aber das war es dann auch schon.

Die "kostenlosen Parkplätze" an der Unterkunft sind eher Glückssache wenn etwas frei ist. Es handelt sich um ein sehr karg eingerichtetes Zimmer in einer Wohnung, die auch noch anderweitig genutzt wird. Die gesamte Wohnung ist eher ungemütlich eingerichtet (kein einziges Bild an der Wand, keine Vorhänge, keine Deko, kein Mülleimer im Bad, nichts !)

Logement bien placé et gentillesse de l hôte

La gentillesse de Me Taleb, l emplacement et la vue depuis l appartement. La salle de bain privée était la bienvenue. Proche du vieux Lyon malgré la cote. Pour le parking dans la rue c est bien mais place pas garantie

La douche qui fuit et ce n était pas vraiment nickel mais pour une nuit ça suffit.

Je conseille vivement

Excellent emplacement, la vue magnifique, l'hôte d'une grande gentillesse. Vous trouvez tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement : grande cuisine, grande terrasse, chambre avec une belle vue et de grandes baies vitrés. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont fournis. A la salle de bain, le savons liquide, le gel douche et le papier toilette sont mis à disposition. A la cuisine, toute la vaisselle, le sopalin, tout l'électroménager pour préparer ou réchauffer des plats. En sommes, nous nous sommes sentis un peu comme chez nous.

Si je pouvais faire une suggestion, cela serait de rajouter un peu plus de torchons de cuisine.

Séjour pratique et sympa

Chambre avec salle de bain attenante privative. Hôte attentionné qui a plein de bons conseils sur Lyon. Localisation à 7 minutes de marche de l’arrêt du F1 Saint just (à 25 minutes à pied du vieux Lyon). Abbatiale st just à 15 minutes. Quartier charmant. Boulangerie-café à proximité. Bus pour la gare Perrache à 10 minutes à pieds (à 20 minutes à pied de la gare). Jolie vue. Accès à la terrasse.

Petites lampes de chevet serait un plus pour les bouqui eues nocturnes. 😇
